We're based in the Chicagoland area and proudly serve the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs — including Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Park, Evanston, and beyond. If your event is a bit further out, reach out and we'll make it work.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event, especially during peak season (May through October). For weddings, 3–6 months out is ideal. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — so don't hesitate to ask.
Typically, the host provides the alcohol and we take care of everything else — mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, setup, and service. We're happy to create a detailed shopping list based on your custom menu and guest count, so you know exactly what to get.
A good rule of thumb is one bartender per 50 guests for cocktail-style service. For events with a full open bar and heavy volume, we may recommend one per 35–40 guests. We'll help you figure out the right number during our planning call.
Absolutely — it's one of our favorite things to do. We'll design a menu around your event's theme, your personal tastes, and seasonal ingredients. Want a signature drink named after the guest of honor? We've got you.
Always. We believe every guest deserves a beautifully crafted drink. Our mocktail menus use the same fresh ingredients and presentation as our cocktails — no sad soda-and-lime here.
Our packages include professional bartender(s), a pre-event planning consultation, a custom drink menu, all bar tools and equipment, setup, service, and cleanup. Glassware and additional extras can be arranged based on your needs.
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and all applicable permits for mobile bartending in Illinois. We're happy to provide documentation to your venue or event coordinator upon request.
